Return/Refund Policy:
Customers may return any opened or unopened merchandise purchased from Empirica within 30 days for a full refund via the payment method used in original purchase.
For processing instructions please just email support@emilyschromm.com for return form. For returns requested in the time period by the consumer, you must carefully package the product and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return/Refund for Damaged or Defective Product Policy:
We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please e-mail us at support@emilyschromm.com with a picture and order number. For returns due to damage, we ask that you carefully package the product upon shipment and return shipping will be covered at the expense of Empirca.
